Role Overview:

Steps N Storeyz is looking for proactive Marketing Executives to support land acquisition and marketing activities. This is a primarily office-based role involving cold calling, land sourcing, and coordination, with occasional field visits for land verification and project-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cold calling to land owners and prospective leads

• Support land sourcing activities by identifying potential properties

• Coordinate with land owners for property details, availability, and follow-ups

• Maintain and update call trackers, sourcing records, and databases

• Assist marketing & sales teams with property information and documentation

• Coordinate with field staff for land verification and site updates

• Visit land sites when required for verification, discussions, or project support

• Prepare basic reports on calling and sourcing activities

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Degree

• Experience: Fresher candidates welcome

• Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English preferred)

• Comfortable with cold calling and coordination work

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Willingness to handle partial office + field responsibilities

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentive

• Accommodation will be provided by the company during field work periods

• Office-based role with limited field visits
