Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads in residential and commercial sectors

• Promote government subsidy schemes like PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana

• Develop channel partners and dealer networks

• Meet clients, give product demos, and close sales

• Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installations

• Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential customers

• Represent the brand at events, expos, and local marketing activities

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales (solar or renewable sector preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with result-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with solar subsidy and net metering process is a plus

• Must have own vehicle for field work

Education:

• Any graduate (Engineering/MBA preferred)
