Marketing Executive

Sparsa Digital is looking for energetic, smart, and motivated Marketing Interns who can support our team in lead generation, market research, and on-ground visits across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Research

• Identify potential clients across industries (Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Corporates, etc.)

• Research businesses to understand their current use of digital signages and customer engagement solutions

• Build and maintain client databases for outreach and cold calling

2. On-Ground Market Visits

• Visit stores, hospitals, colleges, restaurants, hotels and more to observe their existing digital display setups

• Understand gaps and opportunities where Sparsa’s solutions can help

• Collect relevant contact details of decision-makers for follow-ups

3. Marketing Support

• Assist the sales & marketing team in identifying the right pitch for different sectors

• Support in basic reporting, documentation, and daily activity updates

• Coordinate with the team for cold calling and campaign execution
  

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate (any stream)

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Eager to learn about digital signage & marketing

• Comfortable doing field visits

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus

• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to take initiative
