Job Title: B2B Marketing Executive

Location: Okhla/Gurugram

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive on-ground marketing activities and expand our market presence. This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 80% of time spent in the field, engaging with distributors, retailers, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct regular market visits (80%) to dealers, distributors, printers, publishers, and other key stakeholders.

·         Promote company products including various grades of paper (printing paper, packaging paper, specialty paper, etc.).

·         Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

·         Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

·         Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

·         Coordinate with the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals.

·         Monitor stock availability at dealer points and ensure proper product visibility.

·         Prepare and submit daily/weekly field reports and feedback.

·         Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and local promotional events.

Requirements:

·         Graduate from any stream. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

·         2–5 years of experience in marketing.

·         Open to travel extensively (80% field work is mandatory.)

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·         Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

·         Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel/PPT.

·         Valid Driving License.

·         Own conveyance is a must.
