Role Summary
As Marketing Executive, you will step into the role of a Fractional CMO for client brands.
Your mandate: create the growth strategy, lead the pod team, and ensure flawless execution of MDaaS.
This is a client-first role — you won’t market Madhav, you’ll own the marketing number of the client.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Onboarding & Strategy
Lead deep-dive onboarding: understand vision, ICP, competition, and challenges.
Design 12-month growth roadmap for each client (ads, content, brand, funnels, events).
Create 90-day execution plans with clear outcome metrics.
2. Marketing Execution Oversight
Deploy & manage pod teams (designer, editor, ad manager, content lead, interns).
Ensure campaigns are not “tasks” but part of a compounding system (admissions OS, OPD loops, repeat-purchase engines).
Maintain governance rhythm: Weekly Stand-ups, Monthly Growth Councils, Quarterly Sprints.
3. Outcome Ownership
Translate business goals into marketing KPIs (enrollments, footfall, CAC→LTV, repeat rates).
Review dashboards, experiment logs, and MoM deltas — report directly to clients.
Make data-backed decisions: kill what doesn’t work, double down on what compounds.
4. Client Relationship & Exclusivity Stewardship
Be the face of Madhav for the client — build trust, transparency, and authority.
Enforce exclusivity: once a client signs, protect their category/city from conflicts.
Pre-empt churn by tracking health signals (outcomes, governance, sentiment).
5. Leadership & Mentorship
Train pods to think outcome-first, not output-first.
Instill Madhav Brand DNA: accountable, transparent, disciplined creativity.
Eventually grow into Pod Head / CMO-level leader, reducing dependency on founder.
