About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities for Smart Sports Infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our sports infrastructure products and services among schools, colleges, universities, sports academies, government departments, architects, builders, hotels, corporates and other institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, calls, references and online research.

• Visit schools, colleges, universities, academies, architects, builders and institutions to understand their sports infrastructure requirements.

• Promote and sell products/services such as:

  • PP Sports Tiles

  • Artificial Grass

  • PVC Sports Mats

  • Sports Flooring

  • Indoor & Outdoor Sports Infrastructure

  • Customized Sports Facilities

• Develop relationships with Principals, School Management, Sports Directors, Purchase/Procurement Teams, Architects, Consultants and Project Managers.

• Coordinate with architects and consultants for upcoming sports infrastructure projects.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and basic presentations as required.

• Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into orders.

• Maintain daily records of calls, visits, leads, quotations and follow-ups.

• Conduct market research to identify new projects and potential customers.

• Coordinate with the installation/project team after order confirmation.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confident in making cold calls and field visits.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.

• Ability to build relationships with decision-makers.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Experience in B2B sales, school sales, architect sales, building material, flooring, construction or sports infrastructure will be an advantage.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

• Architect/consultant relationships developed

Salary

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Ideal Candidate

A person who is comfortable with field sales, can independently approach schools and institutions, confidently speak with decision-makers, generate leads and continuously follow up until the order is closed.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
