We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them maximize the value of our product or service, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
●Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals with our product.
●Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and setup experience.
●Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to provide feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
●Monitor customer health scores, usage patterns, and proactively engage to drive retention and satisfaction.
●Support renewals and upselling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
●Create and maintain helpful resources such as FAQs, how-to guides, and best practices documentation.
●Advocate for the customer internally, and contribute to improving overall customer experience and processes.
Requirements
●Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
●Fresher – 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Support,Account Management, etc.).
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
●Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
●Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g.,Gainsight, Zendesk).
●Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
●Familiarity with support tools, dashboards, and analytics.
●A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed.
