Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Mobilization: Conducting door-to-door visits, community meetings, and awareness drives in schools, colleges, and rural areas to generate interest.
Candidate Counseling & Enrollment: Counseling youth and parents on course benefits, career paths, and potential job placements.
Networking: Building rapport with community leaders, NGOs, and Self Help Groups (SHGs) for candidate referrals.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date data on leads, enrollments, and daily/weekly progress reports (MIS).
Batch Formation & Retention: Organizing orientation sessions, assisting in registration, and supporting candidates to reduce dropouts.
