Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore the local jewellery market to identify growth opportunities and new customer segments.

• Develop creative marketing campaigns and strategies to boost footfall and enhance brand visibility.

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing activities, including promotions, events, and campaigns.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for branding, advertising, and promotional materials.

• Collect and analyze quotations from local vendors for cost-effective marketing solutions.

• Track campaign performance and regularly report progress and insights to senior management.

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels and locations.

• Build strong local partnerships to support promotional efforts and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 2–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, jewellery, or lifestyle sectors.

• Strong knowledge of the local market in Ranchi and customer buying behavior.

• Proven skills in vendor coordination, campaign planning, and on-ground execution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing trends is a plus.

Preferred Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
