Job Description – Marketing Executive (Field Marketing)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Marketing Executive who can actively promote our laboratory testing services in both B2B and B2C markets. The role requires someone who is energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical marketing by visiting industries, institutions, hospitals, hotels, societies, and businesses across Indore and nearby areas.

• Present and promote lab services (Water, Wastewater, Food, Pharma, Soil, Chemical, and Microbiology testing).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and convincing skills.

• Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets set by the management.

• Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and update management on progress.

• Represent the lab professionally in meetings, events, and client visits.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (Science background preferred but not mandatory).

• Fluent English communication (written & spoken) is essential.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• 1–2 years of field marketing / sales experience (preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.

• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
