Role Profile: Marketing Executive

Position Overview: As a Marketing Executive in the GENSET (Generator Set) industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote after-sale services for generators. Your role involves understanding customer needs, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

   • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities in the GENSET after sale service industry.

   • Analyze data to assess market opportunities and customer segments.

2. Marketing Strategy Development:

   • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote GENSET after sale services.

   • Identify key messaging and positioning strategies to differentiate our services in the market.

   • Collaborate with product management to align marketing strategies with service offerings.

3. Campaign Planning and Execution:

   • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) to reach target audiences.

   • Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media etc.

   • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

4. Lead Generation and Conversion:

   • Generate leads through targeted campaigns and initiatives.

   • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers, focusing on after-sale service agreements.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

   • Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell after-sale services to existing customers.

6. Brand Management:

   • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image in the after-sale service sector.

   • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's brand guidelines and values.

7. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

   • Track key performance metrics related to marketing campaigns and initiatives.

   • Prepare regular reports for management on marketing results, ROI, and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in engineering or technical fields related to generators is advantageous.

• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the industrial or after-sale service sectors. Experience with B2B marketing is highly desirable.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and trends, with strong analytical skills to inform marketing strategies.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.

• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and product management.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify issues and implement solutions quickly and effectively.

• Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
