The job is mainly online – you will help customers choose the right fabrics and designs, answer their questions, and guide them to place orders. You will also help international customers, so good English is important. Product knowledge and support will be given by company at the initial stage.Main Responsibilities:· Talk to customers online (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, etc.)· Help customers choose fabrics and designs· Give styling and fabric suggestions· Convert inquiries into confirmed orders· Keep track of customer chats and update records· Follow up with customers for repeat orders· Coordinate with the team for delivery and orders· Handle international clients professionally· Stay updated on fabric types and new fashion trends. Product knowledge and support will be given by company at the initial stage.Requirements:· Minimum 2 years of work experience in fashion or customer support service.· Must have studied Fashion Design or a similar course· Good knowledge of fabrics, fashion terms, and styling· Must speak and write good English (other languages are a plus)· Confident using WhatsApp, Instagram, and simple online tools· Friendly, confident, and good at convincing people· Must be comfortable handling both Indian and international clientsNice to Have:· Sales experience (online or offline)· Passion for fashion and fabrics· Ability to manage work independently
