Job Summary
A results-driven Marketing Executive responsible for developing and managing business-to-business (B2B) relationships for the restaurant. The role focuses on identifying, approaching, and converting high-value corporate clients, brands, and well-known partners into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and premium brands for partnerships
Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers, including executives and well-known industry figures
Present the restaurant’s offerings, value proposition, and customized partnership opportunities
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, chefs, and management) to execute client requirements
Develop corporate packages, bulk deals, and event-based offerings
Represent the restaurant at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums
Maintain a database of leads, meetings, and conversion progress
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or hospitality industry
Proven track record of handling corporate clients and closing deals
Experience in restaurant, hotel, or F&B sector preferred
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Number of B2B meetings conducted per month
Conversion rate of leads to clients
Revenue generated from corporate partnerships
Client retention and repeat business
Expansion of high-value client portfolio
