We are looking for an energetic and driven MBA Marketing Fresher to join us as a Marketing Executive in our Navi Mumbai office. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to begin their career in real estate marketing, business development, and RERA consulting
● Channel Development: Identify, develop, and manage new business channels, strategic partnerships, and professional networks to drive growth.
● Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, social media outreach, and business networking.
● Client Engagement: Meet potential clients (builders, developers, real estate agents) to pitch RERA consultancy services and convert them into long-term partners.
● Collaboration: Work closely with legal and operations teams to deliver accurate information and seamless service.
● Reporting & CRM: Maintain lead database, generate performance reports, and update systems regularly.
● Market Awareness: Keep up with the latest RERA regulations, compliance norms, and real estate market trends in Maharashtra.
● Digital Marketing Assistance: Support email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp campaigns, and digital content sharing initiatives.
● Sales Targets: Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve and exceed monthly goals and KPIs.
● Innovation & Initiative: Propose new marketing ideas, identify growth opportunities, and take accountability for implementation.
● Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Freshers encouraged to apply)
● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
● Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills, confidence in face-to-face meetings, and client handling.
● Mobility: Willingness to travel locally in Navi Mumbai (up to 70% field work).
● Preferred Knowledge: Basic understanding of RERA compliance, real estate industry, or willingness to learn.
● Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital platforms
● Salary: ₹20,000/month (Negotiable based on skills, experience, or industry standards)
