We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing professional who can understand the brand vision and execute marketing strategies to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in brand building, campaign execution, and digital marketing, preferably within the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods industry.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and strengthen brand presence.
Content Creation & Management
Create engaging and informative content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Campaign & Calendar Management
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
Manage marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns and launches.
Performance Tracking & Data Analysis
Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
Budget Management
Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective utilization of resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through targeted marketing initiatives and communication strategies.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and contribute to building a strong brand identity.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Prior experience in Jewelry, Fashion, or Luxury Goods industry is required.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or advertising within the jewelry, fashion, or luxury sector
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field
Preferred: MBA / MA / MSc or other advanced qualifications
