Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Prospec Test Hub Private Limited ( Fire testing services) to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Qualification: Graduate in any relevant field, MBA (Marketing) / relevant technical qualification will be preferred.

Experience: 2–3 years

Industry Experience: Building Material Testing / Testing Laboratory

Preferred: Experience in Fire Testing / BIS testing / Building Material Testing

Skills: B2B Marketing, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Lead Generation and Client Follow-up

Knowledge: NABL testing services and laboratory testing requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
