Key Responsibilities
Product & Brand Promotion
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
Support product launches, rebranding, and lifecycle management.
Create and distribute promotional materials (brochures, visual aids, product literature, etc.).
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market surveys to understand customer and prescriber needs.
Monitor competitor activities, new product introductions, and pricing trends.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports on product performance.
Identify market opportunities and suggest strategies for growth.
Sales & Field Support
Collaborate closely with the sales team to implement marketing plans.
Provide training and product knowledge to medical representatives.
Support field teams with marketing materials, campaigns, and events.
Review feedback from doctors and field staff to improve marketing effectiveness.
Promotional Events & Campaigns
Plan and coordinate CME programs, medical conferences, and workshops.
Manage digital marketing initiatives such as emailers, webinars, and social media campaigns.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals for brand visibility.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharma marketing codes and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain ethical standards in communication and promotional practices.
Budgeting & Reporting
Assist in preparing and monitoring marketing budgets.
Track ROI of marketing campaigns and report outcomes to senior management.
