Responsibilities:
● Identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and industry conferences.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
● Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
● Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring terms are favourable for both parties while meeting revenue targets.
● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
● Work closely with the teams to relay client feedback and contribute to enhancing our offerings.
● Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management team.
● Travel to client meetings, conferences, and events as necessary to establish and
strengthen relationships.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and the sales cycle.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
● Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
● Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
● Strong negotiation and closing skills.
● Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organisational skills.
● Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend suitable
