Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote beauty and cosmetics products in the FMCG industry.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, product descriptions, and packaging.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Pharmaceutical company with a focus on beauty and cosmetics products.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical cosmetics industry and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
