Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, a willingness to learn about our industry, and the ability to manage both internal and external engagements effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration across the marketing team and driving successful project documentation with clients and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with architects, clients, and internal teams.

  • Attend client and architect meetings to represent the company and assist in marketing-related discussions.

  • Take minutes, track action points, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Team Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact between all marketing team members.

  • Collect timely updates and reports from the team and consolidate them for leadership.

  • Conduct and lead regular internal marketing meetings to review goals and progress.

• Client Engagement:

  • Convince and liaise with clients regarding documentation of project spaces.

  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Ensure thorough documentation of marketing activities, project spaces, and site progress.

  • Maintain organized records of all meetings, project documentation, and marketing materials.

• Learning & Development:

  • Exhibit a keen attitude to learn about the industry, company services, and marketing trends.

  • Stay updated with market practices and integrate new ideas into marketing strategies.

• General Support:

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

  • Support execution of campaigns and events when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
