Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of office furniture, ergonomic office chairs, and glass partition solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and driving sales through direct marketing, field visits, and brand representation in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to corporate offices, SMEs, architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote products.

Generate new business leads, schedule client meetings, and provide product presentations/demonstrations.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service.

Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

Collaborate with the marketing team for on-ground promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals in line with company policies.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales reports.

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns specific to office furniture and interior solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven 1–3 years’ experience in field sales/marketing, preferably in office furniture, interiors, or B2B sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Good understanding of corporate buying behavior and vendor management processes.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
