🧠 About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, running performance ad campaigns, building brand awareness, and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, leads, and sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Manage Meta Ads Manager for targeted ad campaigns — from concept to execution and performance tracking.

• Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) aligned with our brand voice.

• Plan and execute growth campaigns, influencer collaborations, and lead-generation activities.

• Monitor and analyze social media insights and ad analytics to optimize ROI.

• Coordinate with design and content teams for visual creatives, marketing videos, and ad copies.

• Research and stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and platform updates.

• Support branding initiatives, event promotions, and PR activities.

💡 Desired Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Marketing.

• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and performance marketing.

• Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva / Photoshop, and analytics platforms (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.

• Agency or SaaS marketing experience preferred.
