Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities

• Generate new leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and online platforms.

• Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable interior design solutions.

• Create and present sales proposals, quotations, and project estimates.

• Maintain follow-up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are aligned with project plans.

Marketing Activities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.

• Manage social media pages, online promotions, and brand awareness activities.

• Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns related to interior designing.

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and vendors.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Handle client queries, negotiations, and service-related issues professionally.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.

• Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in interior designing, real estate, or construction.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and market trends.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
