We are hiring an Office Executive for our Solar EPC company, Nikev Energies. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, maintaining records, and consolidating project-related information. The role includes performing solar system calculations, preparing project costing, and creating quotations for residential and commercial customers. The candidate will also assist in preparing basic solar system designs with the help of software or company guidance. Additional responsibilities include sending emails, communicating with customers, explaining solar project details, and helping to convince customers during the decision-making process. The candidate will also monitor installed solar systems online through the company’s monitoring platforms. Coordination with vendors for material quotations, follow-ups, and assisting in handling project activities from the office are also part of the job. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, good at communication, and willing to learn solar technical and commercial work. Training will be provided.
