MARKETING EXECUTIVE.

Location: Vasai Road East Mumbai.
Qualification: MBA/B.com
Experience: Min. 2 to 5 Years
Industry Type: Real Estate/ Property.
Functional Area: Marketing Management.

Objective: As a Marketing Executive in the Real Estate Field, you will be responsible for   developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote properties and attract potential buyers. You will work closely with sales teams, analyze market trends, and leverage digital platforms to increase visibility and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.

• Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

• Collaborate with sales teams to design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and advertisements.

• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences.

• Organize and participate in promotional events and open houses to network with potential clients.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Maintain and update company websites and social media profiles with current property listings and content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in real estate marketing or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
