Job Title: Marketing Executive( Driver Mobilization & Placement Specialist -Freelancer)
Primary Objective: To identify, train, and place 5 qualified candidates daily as taxi drivers, ensuring they meet specific licensing criteria and financial readiness for vehicle ownership.
1. Candidate Sourcing & Mobilization
Target: Identify and vet candidates looking for taxi driving roles.
Constraint: Must ensure the Driving License (DL) is issued no earlier than June 2025.
KPIs:
Daily mobilization of 5+ "fresh" candidates (minimum 150/month).
Gender diversity (active inclusion of both male and female drivers).
Verification of DL authenticity and date of issue.
2. Training & Skill Development
Target: Bridge the gap between holding a license and professional driving readiness.
KPIs:
100% enrollment of mobilized candidates into the partner driving school.
Monitoring attendance and "readiness scores" of candidates during the training phase.
Reduction in training drop-out rates.
3. Placement & Operations
Target: Facilitate the transition from trainee to active taxi driver.
KPIs:
Successful daily placement of 5 trained drivers into the fleet or partner networks.
Documentation management (KYC, background checks, and employment contracts).
Post-placement follow-up for the first 7 days to ensure driver retention.
4. Financial Facilitation (Loan Assistance)
Target: Coordinate with the support team to help drivers secure vehicle loans.
KPIs:
Collection and submission of loan documents for eligible candidates.
Acting as the primary liaison between the driver and the banking support team.
Ensuring the driver understands the EMI structure and ownership responsibilities.
