We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to manage our social media channels, create high-quality content, and support overall brand-building activities for Urja Mobility. The ideal candidate should be strong in visual storytelling, content planning, and community engagement.
Handle daily posting acros, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create monthly social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers.
Track social media performance and share insights for improvement.
Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, product highlights, customer testimonials, etc.
Write creative captions, short articles, and brand copies.
Collaborate with internal teams to shoot product photos/videos.
Maintain content folders, brand assets, and ensure consistent branding.
Support brand-building activities including product promotions, dealer stories, and company updates.
Conduct competitor research and stay updated on trending formats.
Help in creating brochures, flyers, and corporate presentations (basic).
Ensure brand tone, look & feel is consistent across all platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or similar field.
1–3 years of experience in social media or content roles (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
Proficiency in Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools.
Strong writing & communication skills.
Creative mindset with a good sense of design and storytelling.
