Job Description

looking for MBA Graduate

Operational Support

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities as assigned by management

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of operational tasks

  • Prepare basic reports, checklists, and status updates

  • Assist in documentation and record maintenance related to operations

Project Site Visits & Field Work

  • Visit project / site locations to monitor work progress

  • Coordinate with site staff, vendors, and contractors

  • Ensure tasks are executed as per plan and timelines

  • Report site updates, issues, and requirements to the management team

  • Support on-site supervision and basic quality checks

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a link between site teams and office staff

  • Assist in follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination activities

  • Support problem-solving and issue resolution at the operational level

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA (Operations, Management, or related field preferred)

  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email)

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
