Schedule and assign audits to suitable shoppers/vendors based on client requirements, location, and eligibility criteria
Ensure timely allocation and completion of audits as per defined timelines
Manage audit backouts, reassignments, and rescheduling efficiently
Coordinate with shoppers to ensure clarity on audit guidelines and deadlines
Monitor audit status and follow up for completion within TAT
Ensure adherence to shopper eligibility rules, cooling periods, and quality standards
