About the Role

Mind Bridge Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for result-oriented and proactive Marketing Associates to drive lead generation, build strong client relationships, and expand our training and development services across educational institutions and corporate organizations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills, along with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.

• Conduct client meetings and present relevant training and development programs.

• Manage client follow-ups, proposals, and business negotiations.

• Convert leads into business opportunities and long-term partnerships.

• Achieve assigned marketing, lead generation, and business development targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client engagement and execution.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.

• Experience in lead generation and business development.

• Confidence in conducting field meetings and client presentations.
