Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales and brand presence in the optical frames segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with optical retailers, distributors, and wholesalers while promoting our eyewear collections and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote optical frame collections
Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and optical retail partners
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct product presentations and promotional campaigns for retailers
Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer meets
Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the eyewear industry
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the product and design team for new launches
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing/sales (optical/eyewear industry preferred)
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Knowledge of optical frames, lenses, and eyewear market trends
Ability to travel frequently for dealer visits and trade events
Excellent communication and presentation skills
