Marketing Executive

Mahavir Transmission Limited is seeking for a dedicated and passionate Marketing Executive for their Head Office. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20,000 to 24,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management Information System – MIS on Daily Basis (in Excel sheet)

• Preparation of Proforma Invoice (As and When required)

• Preparation of Note Sheet or Order Copy (As and When required) (In Excel Sheet)

• Preparation of Vendor Approval Files (As and When required)

• Preparation of other Excel / Word sheets, required by Marketing for Tracking / follow up purposes.

• Handling BACK END JOBS, as per Team / HOD needs. 

• Preparation of Offers in CRM.

Skills and Experience:

• Mastery in MS OFFICE ADVANCED EXCEL (i.e. Data Formatting, Pivot Table, Chart, Macros etc. & MS. WORD)

• Proficient in writing Email /  Drafting Letters

• Good Communication Skills

• Know, preparation of REPORTS & PRESENTATIONS (In power point as well as in Excel sheets)

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
