Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow Modern Trade accounts (Reliance, DMart, Metro, More, Spencer’s, etc.) in the assigned territory.
• Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure product availability, correct assortment, visibility, and planogram compliance.
• Coordinate with distributors and CFA for billing, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Execute in-store promotions, activations, and schemes.
• Monitor store-level performance, competition activity, and pricing.
• Manage and train promoters / merchandisers.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and sales reports.
• Support new store launches and range expansion.
• Handle returns, expiries, and claims as per company policy
