Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, neurologists, diabetologists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation specialists.
Visit hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, NGOs, and government institutions to generate patient referrals.
Conduct awareness programs, CMEs, patient education sessions, and promotional activities.
Identify new business opportunities and expand referral networks.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, health camps, and community outreach programs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly patient acquisition and revenue targets.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with the clinical and customer care teams to ensure excellent patient experience.
Maintain the company CRM/database and follow up on leads.
Represent KARE professionally at conferences, medical events, and promotional activities.

•1–4 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, rehabilitation, or hospital marketing.

•Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in healthcare marketing may also be considered.
