We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Client Engagement Executive who will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients and strengthen engagement with existing ones. You will be the voice of the brand—working across digital platforms, events, and direct client communication to build trust, loyalty, and active involvement.
Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to drive client acquisition and engagement.
Create engaging content for email marketing, social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
Coordinate client outreach initiatives (e.g., newsletters, surveys, client success stories, feedback loops).
Maintain a consistent brand message across all communication channels.
Organize and promote events, webinars, or client appreciation programs to foster community.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Act as a client advocate—understand client needs and help the company shape services and communication accordingly.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing or client relationship roles, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva etc).
Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
Creativity, adaptability, and an energetic, client-first attitude.
