Real Estate Marketing Intern Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Lead Generation
• Research local property trends, competitor projects, and buyer preferences.
• Assist in identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Create and post engaging real estate content (property highlights, reels, client testimonials).
• Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and track engagement.
3. Property Promotion
• Support in preparing brochures, banners, and marketing collaterals.
• Assist in digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to promote new listings and projects.
4. Client Interaction & Follow-up
• Handle basic client inquiries on WhatsApp, email, or social media.
• Schedule site visits and support sales teams with follow-ups.
5. Event & On-Ground Marketing
• Help organize property fairs, open houses, and local promotional events.
• Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials at events.
6. Content Creation & Branding
• Draft property descriptions, blog posts, and email campaigns.
• Capture photos/videos of properties for listings and social media.
7. Analytics & Reporting
• Track marketing campaign performance (leads generated, engagement, conversion rate).
• Prepare weekly reports for the marketing manager.
