Job Summary:We are seeking a Dynamic and confident Finance Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain finance products clearly, collect and verify required documents, and ensure smooth processing until disbursement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused with strong communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Attend inbound and outbound customer call enquiries promptly and professionally Clearly explain various finance products (such as Business Loans, Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc.) and guide customers through the process Collect relevant documents from customers as per the checklist and ensure completeness and accuracy Verify and validate documents before forwarding them for processing Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions Conduct regular follow-ups with potential leads and track progress until conversion Work towards converting enquiries into successful business deals through strong persuasion and customer service Monitor and coordinate with customers regularly until the loan disbursement stage is completed Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates
