We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our sales and business development activities in the mechanical manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for market research, lead generation, customer coordination, pricing support, and promoting the company’s products and services to existing and new customers.
Identify new business opportunities in industrial, OEM, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, calls, exhibitions, and online platforms.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Attend customer inquiries, share product details, and resolve basic technical queries with support from the engineering/production team.
Follow up on quotations, order status, delivery schedules, and payments.
Prepare and send quotations, presentations, product catalogues, and company profiles.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality, dispatch, and accounts for order execution.
Assist in creating marketing materials: brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content.
Participate in industrial exhibitions, expos, and trade fairs to promote company products.
Update website content and product information in coordination with the marketing team.
Strong understanding of mechanical components, engineering products, or industrial manufacturing processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of B2B (Business-to-Business) marketing.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred).
Negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
MBA in Marketing (optional but preferred).
Based on experience, industry standards, and candidate capability.
Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and on-site meetings.
Ability to understand technical drawings or specifications (added advantage).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
