Marketing Executive

The marketing Executive bridges the gap between technical expertise and sales, acting as a critical resource in understanding customer needs and presenting suitable manufacturing solutions. This role involves both technical consultation and salesmanship, requiring a strong understanding of the company’s products and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively to customers in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Consultation

Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable products or solutions.

Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to customize solutions based on client specifications.

Sales Activities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.

Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshooting.

Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for the manufacturing sector.

Provide input for product development based on customer and market insights.

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and technical requests.

Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications :

1. Must be fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada

2. Preferably candidate experienced at automobile or mechnical industry

3. Education preferably Diploma/BE( Mechnical) background

4. Person with above industry can be considered with other education background

5. Ready to travel Pan India

6. Must be having DL & 2 wheeler
