Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Identify potential clients, generate new business leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and recommend growth opportunities.
Regularly visit clients across South Gujarat for product presentations, order follow-ups, and relationship management.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Provide post-sales support and effectively address customer feedback.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel extensively across South Gujarat.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in FMCG, food ingredients, or related industries.
