About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive for our manufacturing unit located in Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into customers using the data provided by the company. This role is essential for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Use company-provided data to identify and approach potential customers.

• Generate high-quality leads through calling, emailing, and consistent follow-ups.

• Explain company products and basic technical details to prospective clients.

• Maintain strong communication and relationships with existing and new customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product details, and delivery updates.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel sheets.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (manufacturing or industrial products preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with company-provided data efficiently.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.

• Ability to understand products and customer requirements.

• Candidates residing in or willing to work in Greater Noida will be preferred.
