We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Female Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and enhancing our brand presence within the technical services and IT solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and reach out to potential B2B and B2C clients for services such as CCTV installations, AMC contracts, networking, and IT hardware solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on service inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the local market to identify new business opportunities.
Content & Social Media: Assist in managing company social media profiles and promotional campaigns to improve brand visibility.
Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and provide feedback on marketing strategies to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in marketing or sales (experience in the IT or security industry is a plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali).
Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of IT services, security systems, and office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Professionalism: Strong negotiation skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
Work Environment
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time.
Location: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits for client meetings.
