The Marketing Executive – Telesales is responsible for generating business growth through structured phone-based marketing, lead conversion and relationship building with prospective clients, citizens, organisations, and partners.
The role demands smart communication, product knowledge, sales mindset, and closing ability.
Core Objective:
👉 Convert leads into customers, partners or paid members and achieve monthly sales targets.
Make outbound calls to potential clients, citizens, and business prospects.
Explain the product/service clearly and confidently.
Handle objections professionally and focus on conversion.
Convert inquiries into registrations, sales, or paid participation.
Introduce company projects, services, and offerings.
Present benefits, highlights, revenue models, and value proposition.
Engage with decision-makers: owners, CEOs, NGOs, institutions, distributors, consultants, etc.
Deliver structured pitch as per company script & sales strategy.
Maintain accurate lead details in CRM/Excel/portal.
Update follow-up status, next calls, and pipeline progress.
Record conversions, payments, registrations and feedback.
Zero loss of business leads due to poor documentation.
Call prospective clients regularly as per the timeline.
Re-engage warm leads through SMS/WhatsApp/email.
Convert “interest” into “action” through reminders and benefits.
Encourage customers to purchase higher-value services.
Promote promotional packages, membership, sponsorship, etc.
Identify opportunities to expand client engagement.
Meet weekly & monthly telesales targets.
Track conversion rate, revenue goals, and closure milestones.
Prepare monthly performance reports.
