Position Overview

PROBURST is looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Executive to promote the brand, generate sales, handle customer engagement, and support online & offline marketing activities. The candidate should be smart, confident, sales-driven, and passionate about fitness, nutrition, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote PROBURST products and offers through online & offline activities

• Generate leads and increase walk-ins to the Experience Center

• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales

• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and fitness campaigns

• Support social media promotions, influencer collaborations, and marketing campaigns

• Visit gyms, fitness centers, and health clubs for brand promotions

• Build relationships with gym trainers, fitness influencers, and customers

• Assist in executing Meta Ads, Google promotions, and local marketing activities

• Maintain daily marketing and sales reports

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

Requirements

• Smart, confident, and presentable personality

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Passion for fitness, supplements, and sales preferred

• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Experience in marketing, retail, fitness, or FMCG industry preferred

• Male/Female candidates can apply

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Diploma / PUC

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
