Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our elevator installation, breakdown support, and annual maintenance services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting sites, meeting builders/property owners, and closing service and installation deals.Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads for elevator installation, breakdown services, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).Conduct regular field visits to residential, commercial, and industrial sites.Meet builders, societies, property owners, and facility managers to pitch services.Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for deal closure.Coordinate with technical and service teams for site surveys and execution.Maintain client database and update daily activities using computer tools (Excel/CRM/email).Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.Track market trends and competitor activities in the elevator industry.Required Skills & Qualifications:Basic to good computer proficiency (MS Excel, email, CRM tools).Must own and be able to ride a bike for field visits.Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills for deal closure.Good understanding of elevator installation, breakdown support, and maintenance services.Ability to work independently in the field and meet targets.Valid two-wheeler driving license.Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in elevator/lift industry or related B2B services.Local market knowledge and contacts with builders/societies is a plus.Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
