Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Infinity India Travel Club Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel products and services.

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable travel solutions and promotions.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call details and status.

• Handle objections and answer questions in a professional manner to build customer trust.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls.

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer handover and service delivery.

• Support lead generation.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: 0 – 2 years in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (Freshers welcome)

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Comfortable working a 6-day week during regular day shifts.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
