The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The role focuses on managing online advertising, social media platforms, brand promotions, content coordination, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Manage marketing campaigns across online platforms to generate quality leads.
Coordinate branding initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms.
Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
Track marketing metrics and recommend improvements to increase campaign effectiveness.
Manage the company's social media presence and audience engagement.
Coordinate website content updates and marketing assets.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
Work closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
Stay updated on marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills:
Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Knowledge of online marketing campaigns and social media management.
Strong understanding of branding and promotional activities.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Creative thinking with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
Qualification:
PUC/Diploma/Bachelor's degree
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or brand promotion.
