Patient Calling & Review Executive

We are looking for a Patient Calling & Review Executive to join our team at a hospital in Kolhapur. The role involves communicating with patients over the phone, collecting feedback about their experience, and supporting the hospital’s patient engagement and online reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound calls to patients for follow-ups and feedback.

• Speak with patients politely and professionally to understand their experience.

• Collect patient feedback and reviews regarding hospital services.

• Politely encourage satisfied patients to share their experience through Google reviews and other online platforms.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and patient responses.

• Follow up with patients when required and coordinate with the concerned hospital team.

• Identify common patient concerns and communicate them to the management/team.

• Support basic patient engagement and relationship-building activities.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and feedback targets.

• Handle patient information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–6 months

• Freshers can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.

• Hindi and Marathi communication skills will be an advantage.

• Patient, polite, confident, and professional approach.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, and online platforms.

• Willingness to work with daily calling and feedback targets.
