Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or the Hospitality/F&B industry. Freshers are not eligible.
Good command of English and Hindi (written and verbal).
Working knowledge of AI tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile (GMB), Canva, MS Excel, and social media platforms.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing.
Proficiency in Canva or other basic graphic design tools (Photoshop is an added advantage).
Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-powered review management tools.
Good analytical skills with hands-on experience in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Basic Formulas, Growth Analysis).
Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and colour combinations.
Knowledge of social media trends, reels, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Feedback & Reputation Management
Respond to Google reviews using AI tools while maintaining a professional brand tone.
Monitor ratings and customer feedback across Google, Zomato, Swiggy, PetPooja, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
Escalate customer complaints to the concerned department and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate with dissatisfied guests until proper issue closure.
Maintain and update the Guest Recovery Tracker.
Sales Analysis & Reporting
Review Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Analyze customer feedback and sales trends.
Identify slow-selling, high-profit, and low-profit menu items.
Recommend offers, combos, upselling opportunities, and menu improvements.
Monitor marketing ROI and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
Digital Marketing
Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business.
Plan and publish regular posts, reels, stories, and engagement content.
Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and maintain customer databases (Name, Contact Number, Birthday, Anniversary, etc.).
Ensure consistent online brand presence across all digital platforms.
Graphic Designing & Content Creation
Design festival creatives, promotional posters, menu flyers, standees, QR displays, banners, and event materials.
Create marketing content for offers, campaigns, and special occasions.
Develop staff training materials including posters and short educational videos.
Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute seasonal and festival campaigns such as Diwali, Holi, Navratri, New Year, Valentine's Day, Monsoon, Christmas, etc.
Organize and promote events including karaoke nights, live music, and special celebrations.
Coordinate food photoshoots and basic in-house photography.
Capture event photos/videos and publish them promptly on social media.
Offline Marketing
Plan and execute local marketing activities including pamphlet distribution, standees, promotional events, and branding activities.
Coordinate with singers, performers, keychain makers, and other promotional vendors.
Ensure all marketing materials are updated and displayed properly.
Business Development & Partnerships
Build partnerships with nearby gyms, salons, colleges, hostels, offices, and local businesses.
Develop lunch package tie-ups with corporate offices and institutions.
Coordinate with marketing agencies, influencers, designers, photographers, and other external vendors as the single point of contact.
Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, offers, and marketing activities.
Suggest marketing improvements based on competitor analysis and market trends.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with kitchen, service, operations, and management teams for promotional activities.
Prepare and maintain a monthly marketing calendar.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Maintain and utilize customer databases effectively for marketing campaigns and customer retention.
