We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, analytical, and passionate about customer engagement.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost sales
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and paid ads
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals
Monitor and report performance metrics of marketing campaigns
Create engaging marketing content (blogs, infographics, posts, ads, presentations)
Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and partnerships
Maintain and enhance brand visibility across platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or sales support
Experience with social media marketing, email marketing tools, or advertising platforms preferred
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM, Canva, etc.)
Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong teamwork and coordination abilities
Experience in B2B or B2C marketing
Understanding of performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Prior experience in lead generation or sales collaboration
